Andrew Street - RSE
Founder/Owner/Contractor
Andrew Street is a Red Seal Endorsed carpenter and contractor with a passion for renovating and rejuvenating spaces in collaboration with clients.
A graduate of the Carpenters Millwrights College, Andrew has been working in the construction industry ever since. He’s a strong advocate for housing affordability, professionalism in the residential construction industry, and has been deeply involved with the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association, both in Newfoundland and Labrador and on a national level.
When not building the business or improving the industry, Andrew is first and foremost a proud husband and father.
Anna Street
Founder/Owner/Administrator
Anna Street is the administrator of all projects at Cape & Gray and Charge Electrical Inc.
Day-to-day, Anna ensures all clients see their vision come to life throughout the renovation, while making certain they will enjoy the space for years to come.
Anna is an active member of CHBA-NL, serving on multiple committees and advocates regularly for women’s roles in the residential construction industry.
Anna is a proud wife and busy mother who loves spending time outdoors, working in her garden, and enjoys watercolour painting when time allows.

Andrew Street grew up drawing on the back of blueprints while his father worked as a draftsman. He’s always loved working with his hands and solving problems. His business partner, and wife, Anna Street helped launch Street Property Development in 2014, making it a true family business. Rebranded as Cape & Gray in 2026, the company has set itself apart by creating processes to make the renovation experience as seamless as possible for their clients.
